A: Yes, we offer the option to either arrange for delivery to your event venue or to pick up your

equipment from our Watford based storage facility.

A: Yes, we charge deposits for dry hire equipment rentals to cover any potential damages to the

equipment. Your deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the equipment has been returned to us in undamaged working order.

Q: How can i book for the service or Equipment Hire ?

A: To book you will need to pay a 30% deposit to secure the date. Once you receive your quote you will be able to pay the deposit.

Q: How do I pay for my Booking or Equipment Hire ?
A: You can pay for our services via our online payment system using a card payment, there will be a payment link on the invoice, Additionally, you can pay via BACS transfer if you prefer.

Please ensure that payment is cleared at least 14 days before your event or hire date.
