ORDERS & DELIVERIES
You can place orders directly via the website using a range of payment options, all of which are listed during checkout. We have chosen to use One Step Checkout on our website. This type of checkout simplifies the checkout process as all the steps are combined onto one page.
We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and secure; we don't sell or rent information to any third parties. For details, read our Privacy Notice.
Once you have everything you need in your basket, head to the checkout, where you will be asked to provide you delivery and billing address details.
Delivery is free on all orders over £100 to mainland UK destinations. Delivery for all other orders to mainland UK is: £12.00
Our delivery service is currently 1-2 working days (following receipt of your order), subject to availability.
This can vary on larger items, which can take up to 5-7 working days.
Please feel free to contact us before, or after ordering to check. If in doubt please call for a delivery time estimate.
All deliveries are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you by email or telephone, If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email to the address supplied with your order. We will advise on an estimated date for when the item will become available, or offer an alternative product. If we are unable to offer an alternative that you are happy with, we will refund your order.
Delivery is normally between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday).
We use DPD Local for our delivery service, which includes providing our customers with a one (1) hour time-slot for delivery. We will provide them with your email and (if provided) your mobile number, and they will send an email and/or text on the morning of the delivery to let you know when to expect your order.
Products by SHOWTEC and antari will be delivered by TNT and will be shipped via the manufacturer in the Netherlands.
The delivery service on these items is over 3 working days and you will be given tracking information about your Goods location.
For smaller deliveries we may use Royal Mail and Parcel-force, Recorded as a delivery method.
They offer a later dispatch time and tracking (unfortunately they do not offer timed delivery).

Please note: We are currently only providing UK shipping only. we are not providing sales or delivery outside of the mainland UK
Sometimes you may find an extra company logo or name on the delivery package of your goods, this is normal as some items mostly large products will be shipped direct for the manufacturers or our distributors, warehouse.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Any goods received by the customer that have suffered damage in transit must be reported to Envision FX Ltd, as soon as possible. Any claims for damage in transit must be made in writing, email to ourselves and preferably within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to claim with the courier.
Envision FX Ltd, will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit if the customer reports the damage more than 14 days after receiving the goods. Envision FX Ltd, accepts responsibility for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to the customer, so any damage or breakage en route is Envision FX Ltd, responsibility, but if something happens after it has been delivered to the customer, the customer’s dedicated safe place or the customer’s nominated neighbour, then it the customer’s responsibility.
Envision FX Ltd, cannot accept any liability for damages. If despite appropriate and secured packaging, the customer’s returned goods are damaged during transit from the customer, to Envision FX Ltd then Envision FX Ltd, will take responsibility if the collection and delivery have been arranged and facilitated by Envision FX Ltd.
when the customer has arranged to send the item back, to Envision FX and at the customer’s expense, then Envision FX Ltd, accepts no liability and the customer will need to contact his courier company for any compensation for loss of refund or rely on his chosen transport insurance.
WARRANTY FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty Items within 30 days of purchase: Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item or the product develops a fault within 30 days, simply email or call us to request the return of the product, and once we have the item, we will arrange for it to be either repaired, exchanged or refunded, depending on your preference.
Faulty Items outside 30 days and within 365 days of purchase:
Should your purchase develop a fault after 30 days (but within 365 days) from date of receipt we will be happy to help with any warranty repairs necessary, subject to the terms and conditions below.
We may request you send the item be returned to us for repair or the manufacturer if extended warranty's are in place.
If the repair is uneconomical we reserve the right to offer an exchange or refund, at our discretion.

1. Once we receive the product, we will send you a confirmation email. This usually takes up to 5 business days from the day of shipment.

2. Small repairs are often done in-house. In some cases, we may need to send the product to our supplier's repair centre.

3. When the product is ready to be shipped back to you, we will send you a second email to let you know.

4.This process takes 4 weeks on average from the time we receive the defective product from you to the moment you receive the repaired product back from us, but occasionally it takes longer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defect. If the item fails for any reason not due to manufacturer defect, including any of the following reasons then this warranty is not valid:

Abuse or mishandling

The product is used for something for which it was not designed (misuse)

Wear and tear beyond the design intentions of the product

Adverse environmental conditions

The product has been altered or modified

The fault was caused by the use of accessories or supplementary parts that are not specifically certified to work by the product manufacturer

An inappropriate power supply or battery has been used

Inadequate care and maintenance
-
Show Lasers systems that have had incorrect scan angles, speed rates applied to the galvos system that are beyond the manufacturer's recommendations to that specific product.
PRE OWNED & EX-DISPLAY ITEMS.
Pre-owned and ex-display items are subject to the same level of service as new items during the first 30 days. Pre-owned items then continue to be covered for an additional 60 days and ex-display items for an additional 335 days, after which time our guarantee for these products ends. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS
The terms and conditions outlined here are provided in addition to your statutory rights.
After contacting us with your return request, please use the form that we will email you and fill it in following all the instructions.
We will email you with a returns address when receiving your request.
Please note that our Sales and Returns telephone lines are available from
Monday-Friday 10 am-5.00 pm and Saturdays 9.30 am-1200 pm
UNWANTED ITEMS.
Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of goods provided they are returned in the original packaging, are complete and in 'as new' condition.
You must inform us within 14 days of your purchase and then within another 14 days the item must have been returned to us.
While in possession of the items you are under a statutory duty The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, formally the (Distance Selling Regulations) to take ‘reasonable care’ of them. This entitles you to open the box to inspect the contents, and try out the product in a way that would be considered reasonable within a shop environment.
We reserve the right to take action under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, if reasonable care is not taken If you wish to return an item, then please contact us so that we know to expect the item back. Please make sure that you use an insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items, original shipping costs of £12 will be deducted from the refund. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves
EXCEPTIONS, UNWANTED ITEMS.
We cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, or bespoke items such as build-to-order laser system and modifications. Items indicated on the site as "ordered on request" are not subject to our 30 day return policy and will not be refunded or exchanged after the initial 7 day period.
PRE OWNED ITEMS.
Returns for pre-owned items will only be accepted during the initial 7 day period.
Faulty products will have a 90 days guarantee period.
After the 90 day guarantee period, pre-owned items may be returned for repair, but the repairs would be chargeable.
LIABILITY.

Envision FX Ltd is not liable for personal injury or loss and damage to property under any circumstances. it is the responsibility of the customer, purchaser to understand the danger posed by such Laser and lighting products.

Whilst Envision FX Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the specification or description provided as the case may be, Envision FX Ltd, is not responsible for minor variations in specification, and no such minor variation shall be the subject of any claim against us.
